Classic Membership & Pricing Policy

1) Currency and GST

All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax), unless clearly stated otherwise.

2) Classic Membership pricing (including struck‑out prices)

We offer different pricing based on whether you are a member of our Classic Membership program.

Any struck‑out price displayed on our furniture items represents the Non‑Member Price (the standard price available to customers who are not part of the program).

The price shown without a strike-through is the Classic Membership Price.

To access Classic Membership pricing, you must have an active membership and be verified at the time of purchase (for example, by logging into your account prior to checkout).

We are committed to ensuring that any comparison between Classic Membership and Non‑Member pricing is accurate, genuine, and not misleading in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

3) Availability of Non‑Member pricing

The Non‑Member Price (the struck‑out amount) is a genuine price at which we currently offer the item for sale to any customer who is not a Classic Membership holder. Purchases at this price are subject to standard stock availability.

4) How Membership pricing is applied

Classic Membership pricing will only be applied to your order if:

-          you are logged in to your account at the time of purchase; or

-          you have otherwise successfully verified your membership status during the checkout process.

If you complete a purchase as a "Guest" or without logging in, the Non-Member Price will apply, and we may not be able to retroactively apply the discount once the transaction is complete.

5) Shipping and delivery

All prices exclude delivery, shipping, and assembly fees. These costs will be calculated and added at the checkout based on your location and the size of the furniture items.

6) Pricing errors

While we take every care to ensure accuracy, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any furniture you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund.

7) Changes to prices

We reserve the right to update our furniture prices and Classic Membership benefits at any time. Price changes will not affect any order that has already been accepted and confirmed by us.

8) Australian Consumer Law

This Pricing Policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer guarantees provided to you by law in NSW and Australia.
