Refund policy

We want your shopping experience to be as enjoyable as possible and we encourage you to take your time in deciding on your purchase. We are always available to answer any questions so that you are fully satisfied when you receive your items.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

If you wish to cancel you order for a credit please email us and we will advise you on how to manage this. Any cancellation of orders will be subject to the below Policy.

Cancellations, Exchanges, Returns & Refunds Policy

Future Classics Furniture is bound by Australian consumer law and will process all returns and refunds in line with these laws.

Please choose carefully as we do not refund in full or exchange if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. Once your order is confirmed, meaning you have either paid in full or paid a deposit, the order can no longer be cancelled for a full refund.

If you cancel your order you agree to the following:

  • In the case of an order which has not been processed for delivery, you will be provided a credit for the value of the product less a 25% admin/processing fee to cover Future Classics Furniture administrative costs and expenses incurred in handling and cancelling the order.
  • In the case of an order which has been processed for delivery but not yet delivered, you will be provided a credit for the value of the product less a 25% admin/return processing fee to cover Future Classics Furniture administrative costs and expenses incurred in handling and cancelling the order. Delivery costs will not be credited and there will be an additional return fee equal to the delivery fee to return it to our warehouse. In the event that shipping is free, the shipping costs incurred to deliver the order to the customer will be deducted from the final credit.
  • If the item has been delivered, the order cannot be cancelled/returned.

Future Classics Furniture does not allow cancellations of orders, returns, refunds or exchanges on clearance product or floor stock product. All floor stock products are bought in the condition they are displayed in and it is the customers responsibility to collect these items as soon as possible as Future Classics Furniture will not be liable for the items once purchased.

If goods are not delivered/collected within a specified time and the delivery/collection date is constantly changed and pushed out, we reserve the right, due to price/shipping increases and rate of exchange volatility to increase prices and charge storage fees or cancel the order and any monies paid by the customer will be lost.
