Q: When will a pre order product be back in stock?

Q: Do you deliver to my area / postcode?
We deliver to most areas across Australia. The easiest way to check is to add the item to your cart and enter your postcode — delivery cost calculates automatically. If shipping is unavailable to your postcode, contact us and we will advise on alternatives.
Q: How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the item(s) and your delivery address. Our standard delivery is a professional two-man service that includes unpacking, assembly, and rubbish removal. Adelaide and Perth deliveries are two-man delivery only (no assembly).
Q: Do you deliver to Tasmania / Far North Queensland / remote areas?
We deliver to most Australian postcodes. Enter your address at checkout to check availability and pricing.
For remote or regional areas not covered, contact us directly.
Q: Can I get a cheaper delivery if I don't need assembly or rubbish removal?
Our delivery pricing is based on freight cost to your area, not the level of service with the unpacking, assembly and rubbish removal a free extra service we offer where available. We are unable to reduce the delivery fee for a drop-off only service.
Q: If I order today, can I request a certain date for delivery?

Q: Do you have a showroom where I can view products?
Yes — we have showrooms in Sydney (Beaconsfield NSW) and Melbourne Prahran VIC). We have a large selection of our ranges on display, however we do not have every product. If you are wanting to see a specific item, we recommend calling ahead to check whether this piece you want to see is available to view.
Q: Can I pick up my order from the Melbourne showroom?
Our Melbourne location is a showroom only — no pickups are available there. All pickups are from our Sydney warehouse only.
Q: What are the exact dimensions of a product?
All available dimensions are listed on each product page. If you need a specific measurement not shown (e.g. seat height, weight, depth), contact us and we will confirm.
Q: How many chairs fit around a dining table?
As a general guide: 1.2m seats 4, 1.6m seats 6, 1.8m-2.0m seats 6-8, 2.2m-2.4m seats 8-10. Contact us with the specific table and chair you are considering and we can advise.
Q: What materials is a product made from?

Q: Can a product be used outdoors?
Most of our range is designed for indoor use only. Products in our outdoor collection are specified on their product pages. If you are unsure about a specific piece, contact us before purchasing.

Q: Can you show me what a chair will look like with a table?

Most of our products are standard sizes and are not available in custom dimensions or colours.
Q: Do you offer trade accounts or discounts for interior designers / stylists / businesses?
No, in an effort to keep pricing competitive for all our customers we don’t have a trade program and all pricing is as seen online for everyone.
Q: We are furnishing a cafe / commercial space / staging project — can you help?
Absolutely. We regularly work with commercial clients. Contact us with your project details, quantities, and timeline and we will put together a proposal.
Q: Can you send a catalogue or price list?
Our full range and current pricing is available on our website.
Q: I have not received a confirmation email after placing my order.
Check your spam / junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your name and order details and we will resend it.

Q: Can I pick up my order?
Yes — pickups are available from our Sydney warehouse (Modern Movers, 37 Princes Street, Riverstone NSW 2765), Monday-Friday 10am-2pm. You will need proof of purchase and photo ID. Our Melbourne showroom does not offer pickups.
Q: How do I arrange a pickup?
After placing your order, if it is in stock our warehouse will prepare your items and let you know as soon as it is ready to collect.
For a pre order item, we will notify you the estimated date of arrival. After it arrives our warehouse will contact you to advise it is ready for collection.
Q: Does my furniture arrive assembled?
This will vary per item. Our delivery service includes assembly if available and selected during checkout — our two-man team will put everything together on delivery day. If you arrange a self-pickup, assembly is your responsibility.
Q: Is a product discontinued? Will it come back?
Some products which say “Sold Out” are discontinued and will not be restocked. Contact us for the estimated restock date for items indicated as “Pre Order”.
Q: What is your warranty policy?

Q: My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
