SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

FINAL SALE – NO RETURNS: All items are sold as clearance stock (including seconds, returns, and discontinued lines) and are sold on a "Final Sale" basis. Strictly no refunds, credits, returns or exchanges.

SOLD AS IS: You acknowledge that all items are sold in their current condition. This may include marks, scratches, wear, missing parts, or other imperfections. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect items prior to purchase.

WARRANTY & ACL: No additional warranties apply. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). However, you are not entitled to a remedy for faults specifically disclosed or visible upon a reasonable inspection at the time of sale.

COLLECTION POLICY: All items must be collected within 48 hours of purchase. Failure to collect within this time frame may result in storage fees or cancellation of the sale with no refund.

FCF is not responsible for any damages incurred during customer handling or transport. Please ensure you have sufficient manpower to load and carry items upon collection.
