Description

At 3m long and extra wide, the Florence Dining Table in walnut accommodates 10-14 chairs. Its monolithic fluted pedestal and softly rounded corners bring a sculptural, Italian-inspired presence to large dining rooms. The 300 x 120cm top gives the walnut grain a broad, continuous surface.

Why you'll love it:

  • Extra long and wide top for 10-14 chairs
  • Fluted pedestal with vertical reed detail
  • Walnut wood veneer with warm, undulating grain
  • Radiused corners for a softened outline
  • 300 x 120cm top at 75cm high

The Florence's scale makes its fluted base even more impressive. It is built with high-quality, eco-friendly veneer. Walnut veneer layered over MDF and plywood keeps the large top durable and stable.

This product is made using a high quality genuine wood veneer. Veneer is a layer of real wood that is glued to a thicker stable material such as plywood or MDF. The use of veneer is more environmentally friendly and extremely common in the manufacturing process of furniture. It is a process that has been used for hundreds of years and has stood the test of time.

Crafted from high-quality, eco-friendly Walnut wood veneer—a time-tested technique layering real wood over stable core materials such as MDF & Plywood for durable, sustainable furniture.

Care

Dust frequently with a clean, lightly damp, lint-free cloth.

Frequent dusting will remove abrasive buildup which can damage a finish over time if needed use an appropriate wood furniture cleaner in the direction of the wood grain followed by a dry lint-free cloth.

Avoid exposing your furniture to strong sunlight, heat outlets, open windows or dampness, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can fade the finish of your furniture while extreme temperature and humidity changes can cause cracking or splitting.

Do not place hot cups, pots or serving dishes directly onto wooden surfaces. Do not expose your furniture to any liquids and never allow water to sit on your table. Alcohol, nail polish and perfume are also dangerous because they can dissolve the furniture finish on contact and may require professional repairs. Small marks and scratches may be touched up or covered with a marker or touch up stick.

Since this is natural wood, you should expect every piece to have its own unique patterns and look. Finally, never drag or place sharp objects across the surface.
